In today's fast-paced business environment, traditional one-off workshops are insufficient for developing effective leaders. Our approach focuses on a sustained journey that begins with self mastery, progresses to leading teams, and culminates in driving business impact

Phase 1: Leading Self (Months 1–3)

Month 1: The Transition to Leadership

The first month focuses on the crucial shift from "doing" to "leading." Participants will learn to set personal goals and establish a leadership philosophy that aligns with their values and company objectives. This foundational phase is critical for building a leadership identity.

 

Month 2: Emotional Intelligence & Self-Awareness

Understanding oneself is key to leading others. This month, participants will utilize tools like DISC or MBTI to explore their personal triggers, communication styles, and stress management techniques. Developing emotional intelligence is essential for effective leadership.

Month 3: Time Management & Prioritisation Effective leaders manage outcomes, not just tasks. This phase emphasizes the transition to managing outcomes through strategic time management and the art of delegation. Participants will learn how to prioritize tasks to maximize team productivity.

Phase 3: Leading the Business (Months 8–11)

Month 8: Strategic Thinking

Strategic thinking involves understanding the "Why" behind company goals and translating department KPIs into actionable daily tasks. Participants will develop the ability to align team efforts with broader business objectives.

 

Month 9: Change Management

1:1 Coaching Sessions

1:1 coaching sessions are an integral component of our leadership programme, providing personalized guidance and support tailored to each participant's unique needs and challenges. These sessions offer a confidential space where participants can explore their leadership style, address specific obstacles, and refine their skills with the help of an experienced coach. The individualised attention helps participants accelerate their development by focusing on their personal growth areas, thus enhancing their overall leadership effectiveness.

 

Frequency of Sessions

Participants will engage in 1:1 coaching sessions on a bi-monthly basis throughout the programme. These sessions are strategically scheduled to coincide with the completion of each phase, allowing participants to reflect on their experiences and integrate feedback into their ongoing development. By maintaining regular touchpoints, participants are able to track their progress, set new goals, and adapt their strategies to meet evolving challenges.

Participants will enhance their ability to convey messages clearly and constructively.

 

Month 5: Coaching & Development

Great leaders empower their teams. Here, participants shift from "telling" to "asking," utilizing coaching frameworks like the GROW model to facilitate team development. This approach fosters a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

 

Month 6: Managing Conflict & Difficult Conversations

Conflicts are inevitable in any team. This month, participants will learn to navigate team dynamics, address underperformance, and resolve personality clashes effectively. The goal is to foster a harmonious and productive work environment.

 

Month 7: Building High-Performing Teams Participants will explore the stages of team development—Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing —and learn how to foster psychological safety. Building high-performing teams is about creating an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Phase 4: Integration & Graduation (Month 12)

Month 12: Capstone Presentations

In the final month, managers present a "Real-World Project" they worked on during the year. This project showcases their ability to solve specific business problems using the skills acquired throughout the program.

 

Graduation & Mentorship

Upon completion, participants transition from "student" to "mentor" for the next cohort. This mentorship role reinforces their learning and contributes to a culture of leadership development within the organization.

 

Key Delivery Elements

The 70-20-10 Rule

Our program adheres to the 70-20-10 rule: 70% on-the-job application, 20% peer coaching/mentoring, and 10% formal classroom training. This structure ensures that learning is practical, relevant, and immediately applicable.

 

Monthly Workshops

Interactive workshops, lasting 3–4 hours, occur monthly. These sessions, held virtually or in-person, provide opportunities for participants to engage with experts and peers, enhancing their learning experience.

 

Action Learning Sets

Small groups of 4–5 peers meet monthly in Action Learning Sets to collaboratively solve current management challenges. This peer-driven approach fosters shared learning and problem-solving.
